COMPANY DESCRIPTION: SassodiSole winery is a family owned business. It is situated in a unique area within north-eastern side of Montalcino council and the Natural Artistic Park of Orcia’s Valley, which has recently been nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The 10 ha vineyard is located 300 metres above sea level and it is south and south-west facing.Our vineyard grows the native Sangiovese vine, which is grown using the spur-trained, cordoned method, following the authentic techniques and traditions of the Montalcino agronomic community in the organic way. The Terzuoli family has always wanted to achieve the very best quality for its own products according to the key-principles of the Montalcino community. To this extent the family is proud to carry out a careful manual selection of grapes, before ageing in 3500-5000 litre Slavonia oak barrels.

Since the XVII century, the Terzuoli family has always been involved in an agricultural field. During the 1970s, Bruno and Graziella were able to start a new winery business combining their rural origin, their love of wine, and their love for each other.

In the early days of the business, the Terzuoli began to plant the Sangiovese vine for the first time, although their main activity remained grain and legumes. They educated their only child Roberto to follow the same principles of passion and respect for nature and the ground on which he was raised. Roberto’s knowledge of the land was further expanded when he studied agriculture in high school. Roberto has also worked with some of the most well-known wineries that produce Brunello di Montalcino. Thanks to these experiences, Roberto seized the opportunity to expand his family’s business.

Nowadays Roberto is SassodiSole’s agronomist and oenologist but he also deals with the promotion and marketing of the winery’s products.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: The history of our winery is intimately connected with a unique corner of the earth appropriately known, by those who visit us, as “The Other Puglia.” In describing this Region, most people obviously speak about its coasts, the Adriatic and Ionian seas, the sun, and its wines, powerful yet by the same token, a tad rough-edged. But our area, our own Puglia, is something quite different, and in some ways unexpected. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: La famille Comby cultive la vigne depuis des siècles. Bien installée à Chamoson depuis le XIIIème siècle, des générations de viticulteurs se succèdent et les terres sont transmises de père en fils. La vendange est vendue aux négociants de la région. 
 
En 1963, Fernande et Louis Comby, se lancent dans la merveilleuse aventure de la vinification au domaine. Ensemble, ils vinifient leurs premiers vins et les proposent à la vente en bouteille. Au fil des ans, le domaine viticole s’agrandi. 
 
Passionné de viticulture et d’œnologie, le fils Gratien obtient son diplôme d’œnologie de Changins en 1980 et se joint à la destinée du domaine. La révolution est en marche, le vignoble est transformé et adapté aux techniques de culture modernes. Conscient du potentiel exceptionnel des cépages valaisans, Gratien commence à planter des Humagne rouges, Cornalin et autres Petite Arvine. Avec sa femme Francine, ils commercialisent toute la récolte en bouteilles et créent les premiers assemblages. 
 
L’histoire continue en 2006 lorsque le petit-fils Yann, débute sa formation à l’école d’œnologie de Changins. Dès 2008, son père lui transmet la responsabilité de la vinification intégrale des vins du domaine. Animé par la passion du rude métier de vigneron, imprégné de la tradition et du savoir-faire accumulé par ses aïeux, il crée plusieurs nouveaux assemblages ainsi que des vins originaux et exclusifs. Son objectif : magnifier le terroir chamosard en créant des produits d’exception. 
 
Sous le statut de vignerons encaveurs, la famille Comby commercialise uniquement la récolte de leur domaine viticole. Leur priorité : les spécialités valaisannes et la création de nouveaux assemblages de cépage blanc ou rouge.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: C. & D. Kalaitzis Co. is a family owned winery located in well renowned Petralona village, Chalkidiki/Greece operated by father and son, started as a hobby out of love for wine which was a favourite occupation of Christos Kalaitzis. Nowadays our wines come from our own vineyards (3 hectares) of certified ORGANIC cultivation. For white wine we have Sauvignon Blanc with a yield of 5000-6000 kgr/ hectare while the vineyard's location and excellent soil guarantee fine aromas and rich taste in your glass. Concerning red wines we have Merlot of exuberant flavour but also the domestic variety of Northern Greece, Xinomavro, which gives wines with high tanin content and full aftertaste. The yield for red wines is 6000-8000 kgr/hectare. Harvest is done by hand as a measure of additional quality control, while the low yield per hectare does not stress the vines and thus reducing the risk of disease and requiring less intervention. Aging of red wines is done in modern stainless steel tanks but also in French oak barrels.

Recently we also produced our first batch of extra virgin olive oil, from our own olive grove, of extra high quality which received a gold award in Olympia Nutrition Awards 2018.

Our vineyards are located in the charming landscape of the “Rheinhessische Schweitz”, the land of the “thousand hills”.

Organic farming is the foundation of the Seyberth winery and has expanded to the
rules of biodynamic agriculture in 2016.

To manage the basics for our high quality grapes, we focus on the moon phase and use biodynamic preparation.

In addition to that, with a multilayered gardening management we are creating a habitat for insects of all kind. Cultivating lavender and taking care of old drywalls.

In our vineyards the ripe grapes are hand harvested and with the “ingredient” of time carefully vinified.

The quality and taste of our wines are not determent by technology or chemicals.

Far from industrial products, the talent of our winemaker, the soil and weather are the key to produce wines for the expert. Authentic, dense, individual and distinctive by our terroir.

In one of our growing areas “Siefersheimer Heerkretz” we are cultivating small vineyards, that were deserted for years. These vineyards are of special interest to our winery, because the majority ofwork is done by hand, which is essential to ensure quality efforts.

Our vines are vegan, we use no animal products such as gelatin or egg whites for filtering.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: We are a family owned and operated vineyard specialized in the production of organic, sulfite-free wine & olive oil. The Costes-Cirgues estate is made up of small parcels with vines and olive trees planted side-by-side. The vines and olive trees are cultivated in accordance with the techniques of organic farming under the Ecocert label and according to the principles of biodynamics.
