Products cannot be bought and taken away at the fair. Only orders can be taken. 

Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry unless in the company of an adult.

Train:

www.cff.ch gives you the time table to the station of Montreux from all cities around Switzerland.

The train station is at a 5 minute walk from the 2m2c convention center.

Interest and consumption of Organic Food in Switzerland is in continuous expansion and Swiss people have the world record of spending in organic food per capita.

Wine has not yet marked its real importance in Switzerland but the awareness and appreciation around it is steadily increasing every year.

Switzerland consumes the equivalent of 346 millions of bottles (0.75lt) per year of which only 35% is locally produced. (26% of red wine locally produced and 54% of white wine)

The production and consumption of organic wine is minimal but growing every year. While data for general organic food and drink consumptions growth are available and rather impressive, very little is available for organic wine consumption, but the interest is substantial and increasing, being manifested in publications, television documentaries, organic food advocates etc.
